Fred Indimuli, Stanley Nyaringita and Flora Limukii begins your day with lively and open discussion on issues affecting you alongside seasoned policy makers, politicians, academicians and experts in various field. This sprinkled with a look at newspaper stories making headlines, traffic updates, weather and some entertainment.

Treatment: The show is 4 hours long. We start with news highlights and newspaper reviews with all three hosts.

The guests come in from 6:30-8:00 am with Fred Indimuli. In between the conversation we have news updates and feedback from Flora Limukii.

The third segment which is from 8:00-9:00 am is hosted by Stanley where he does interviews about societal issues.

The fourth and final segment is the correspondents’ talk from the city and other parts of the Country. The segment runs from 9:00-10:00 am

Stanley Nyaringita

Stanley Nyaringita is a multifaceted journalist at Cape Media Limited. He co-hosts the breakfast show 'Morning Cafe' as well as anchors 9pm every Wednesday on ' The Daily Report' The Kenyatta University graduate is passionate about peace, climate justice and a free media in Africa, which reflects on his day to day reporting.

Flora Limukii

Flora Limukii is a passionate, self-driven and determined journalist who has a keen interest in political journalism/climate change reporting and news anchoring.
